Amanda Pfahl opened her agency in 2006 and is a second‐generation State Farm agent. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Bowling Green State University and is a longtime resident of Medina County. As a proud wife and mother of two, Amanda understands the importance of protecting what matters most and takes a thoughtful, personal approach to helping families and individuals plan for the future. The office proudly serves customers throughout Medina, Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Lake counties, as well as surrounding communities. Whether assisting longtime residents or helping customers relocating from out of state, Amanda and her team are known for making transitions smooth and stress‐free. They enjoy helping customers find value through smart coverage choices, bundling opportunities, and technology‐driven tools to manage Auto Insurance and Homeowners Insurance costs while protecting loved ones through Life Insurance. Community involvement is an important part of the agency’s mission. Amanda serves as a Trustee on the Board of The Highland Foundation for Educational Excellence and is passionate about giving back locally. She is often seen supporting school sporting and musical events as well as community activities with her family. The office has also earned multiple distinguished recognitions, including Top 100 Agents in the country, Ambassador Traveler, and Legion of Honor Golden Triangle Qualifier.
